About
I'm Carlos Gasperi. I build software for the parts of a business that can't afford to be wrong — protected health information, payroll, workers' compensation claims, money moving between people who are counting on it.
The work is full stack and it tends to be long-lived. A mobile app shipped continuously for twenty-nine months. A HIPAA-bound CRM built and migrated off a twelve-year-old system in three. An appointment platform I designed, built, and launched on my own. Mobile, web, database, payment rails — I work across all of it, because the failures that matter happen at the seams between them.
Gasperi Innovations is a solo practice. When you hire it, you get me. I take on a small number of engagements at a time, usually with teams who have a hard problem and a real deadline.

How I work
Diagnose
I start by finding the real constraint. It's rarely the one in the brief — usually it's a data model, an org boundary, or a decision nobody wrote down.
Build
Small, reviewable increments that ship to production early. You see working software in week one, not a slide deck in month two.
Hand off
Documented, tested, and owned by your team. The goal is that you stop needing me.
